We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to give you an initial overview of our accommodation, our services, and the surrounding area. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time using our contact form or by email. We look forward to helping you!

Accommodation & Services

Our kitchens are equipped differently depending on the apartment. All kitchens have a separate hob and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Some apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher or oven. Cutlery, pots, pans, and regular cooking utensils are available in all kitchens. In addition, all kitchens have a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, and a capsule coffee machine.
Everyday groceries and cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, and coffee powder) are not provided. Coffee capsules (for short stays) are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided by our establishment and changed free of charge upon request.
Toilet paper, hand soap, and tissues are provided by us. Shower gel and shampoo are also available for short stays of up to 3 days. For longer stays, we ask our guests to bring their own. Hair dryers and makeup mirrors are also available in the bathrooms of our apartments.
Our establishment operates vacation apartments, which is why we unfortunately do not offer daily cleaning. However, for longer stays, we offer interim cleaning of your apartment for an additional fee upon request. For longer stays (21 days or more), interim cleaning is mandatory.

Balcony furniture, garden furniture, and sun loungers are available in our apartments. Clothes drying racks are also available in our apartments if required.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of our house and can be used on request for a small fee.
There is free parking available on the street directly in front of the house. If you would like to park your vehicle in the garage, we charge EUR 10.00 per day per parking space. Please note that we only have a limited number of garage spaces available.
Free covered parking for bicycles and charging facilities for e-bikes are available.
All our apartments and the public areas of our hotel offer our guests free WiFi and high-speed internet access.
Check-in is usually possible from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon arrival, simply ring the bell at our main entrance under “Gästehaus” (guest house) and you will be welcomed personally.

Food & Cuisine

We offer water, juices, beer, wine, and sparkling wine for self-service in our establishment. These will be charged separately upon departure.

Delicious culinary delights, whether traditional home cooking or haute cuisine, are easily accessible in the restaurants in Kreuth and around Lake Tegernsee. We would be happy to recommend some good places to eat. The Tegernsee Valley has a wide range of culinary offerings in store for you.

Shopping facilities for everyday needs are within walking distance of our house. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away by car.

Our establishment operates vacation apartments, which is why we are unfortunately unable to offer breakfast. However, if you would like fresh bread rolls for your breakfast, we offer a complimentary bread roll service. Simply let us know by 6:00 p.m. the evening before, and you will find your fresh bread rolls at your door from 7:30 a.m. We only charge for the rolls from the bakery.

Active & Healthy

Our house is the ideal starting point for numerous beautiful hikes, mountain and cycling tours, as well as skiing and cross-country skiing experiences in breathtaking natural surroundings. There are also numerous opportunities to experience Bavarian customs up close in our vicinity. We have compiled a selection of relevant activities for you here.

The sauna/wellness area of our hotel is open on request and is available for private use upon booking for a small additional charge.
