Willi as a coach
After retiring from active competition, Willi became a coach. Between 1972 and 1973 and from 1976 to 1997, he worked as a coach for the German Ski Association (DSV). During this time, he trained successful athletes such as Irene Epple and Christa Kinshofer. He was also coach of the Norwegian women’s national team from 1973 to 1975.
He has made it his mission to share his diverse experiences from numerous trips during his career as an athlete, coach, and enthusiastic mountaineer with our guests and to let them experience the unique nature in Kreuth and the Tegernsee Valley.
